Q)        What is a Double-Verified Warm Transfer?

A)        The following steps occur to create our warm leads:

1) Customer shows interest in an offer via TV, Radio or Web-Form lead or by calling our center directly.  The customer’s data is gathered and their interest documented.

2) NLD’s call center lead reps contact the customer, re-verifies the customer’s information and interest then confirms their desire to speak with a sales representative from one of our contracted sales companies.

3) The NLD representative places the customer on hold, contacts your sales representative and does a live, 3-way introduction of the customer to your sales representative.  The NLD representative releases from the call and lets your sales representative continue with their live pitch.

A)         In order to help our customers that do not have an internal CRM system or method of receiving electronic information.We developed
             www.newlineleads.com a web-based application that allows us to securely transfer customer information from our lead generation representative
             to your sales representative all with a simple 4-digit number.

Q)        Where do you get the customer information?

A)        EVERY bit of our data is generated as “opt-in” from either: TV, Radio, Email, or Web Form-leads.

A)        We understand as much as you how important marketing dollars are.  For most products we offer a 10-lead FREE trial, which eliminates all your risk. 
            As far as minimum order size, that depends on the campaign and will be determined (in-writing) before you are asked to spend any money with us.

Q)        How do I get started, I need leads yesterday!!!

A)        Call us, the turn around for live transfers is quick.  TV and Radio may take up to a week to schedule depending on the campaign.
